Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp basil
- herb butter
- Spice paste (tomato and herbs)

Hollow out the cleaned mushrooms with a teaspoon. For the filling, finely chop and dice the tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic. Cover and simmer with the basil and a little seasoning paste on low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170°C. Brush the insides of the mushrooms with herb butter. Carefully fill the mushrooms with the tomato and bell pepper filling, place a thin slice of mozzarella on top, and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti Napoli or baguette, for example.
