Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 slice(s) aspic, thick
- 1 cup of crème fraîche (herbs)
- 1 cup herb curd
- Fresh herbs of your choice
- salt and pepper
- herbal salt
- 2 onions, in rings
- 3 spring onions
- 50 ml milk

Slice the aspic and arrange on a plate. Arrange the thinly sliced onion on top. Mix the herb curd with the crème fraîche, finely chop the fresh herbs, and stir in. Add a little milk if desired. Season with salt, herb salt, and pepper and pour over the aspic and onions. Garnish with spring onions and serve. We always serve it with fried potatoes—it’s a tradition and tastes the best to us.
