Basically a Swiss sausage salad, with additional vegetables

Finely chop the garlic clove and mix it with the mustard, olive oil, and vinegar in a large salad bowl. Season generously with salt, pepper, Fondor, sugar, and Tabasco. Finely chop all remaining ingredients except the onion and add them to the salad bowl. Stir once after adding each ingredient. The following order has proven successful: carrot, cheese, sausage, bell pepper, and cucumber. Finely chop the onion into half rings at the very end and mix in. Let the “Extra” sausage salad stand for at least half an hour! Sprinkle chives over the top before serving (parsley is also good, even frozen).
