Sausage Strudel
The perfect sausage strudel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 pack Spelled strudel dough there are always 2 in the package)
- 250 g Grated mozzarella
- 100 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 Pair Sausages I had turkey frankfurters
- Parsley as desired
- Salt and pepper from the mill to taste
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Green peppers
- Fry the sausage and the chopped onion in a little rapeseed oil. Peel the paprika, remove the white and the seeds, cut into small bite-sized pieces and add to the sausages and roast them briefly.
- Add the crème fraîche with herbs and season with salt and pepper. Let cool down!!!
- Take the strudel dough out of the packaging, unfold it and distribute the really cooled mixture. Scatter cheese on top and also the chopped parsley. Roll them into a swirl.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the strudel. Sprinkle with a little water. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve with a crispy salad. ENJOY THE MEAL
