Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cheese (Gouda)
- 250 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
- 125 g butter, cold
- Salt
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- 75 g herbs (8-herb mixture, frozen)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 eggs
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 ml cream
- 4 tbsp semolina
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Grate the cheese. Knead 50g of cheese, flour, flaked butter, a little salt, and nutmeg into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grate the carrot. Mix together the cheese, eggs, quark, and cream. Fold in the herbs, carrot, chili, and semolina. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Roll out the dough and line a springform pan with it. Pour in the quark mixture. Bake the cheesecake at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted oven) for 45 minutes and serve while still warm.
