Savory Crepe
The perfect savory crepe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Crepe from the previous day
- 2 Pck. Smoked salmon
- 1 Pck. Quark, lactose-free
- 1 small Onion, red
- 1 Bd Herbs, mixed, fresh
- 1 Bd Oil, omega 3
- Salt pepper
- We mostly eat fish on Fridays; fried, boiled, steamed … This time I needed a small snack and so the refrigerator was ransacked … with crepe from the day before and salmon must be something quick to make.
- Finely chop the herbs, cut the onion into fine cubes and add both to the quark. Season with salt and pepper and stir with the oil until smooth.
- Briefly heat the crepes in the pan. Then place it on the work surface, brush with a tablespoon of quark, pluck the smoked salmon slices apart and distribute evenly on the crepe.
- Now roll up the crepe tightly, cut into larger slices and arrange nicely on the plates.
- We also had some cucumber salad and a quick and delicious meal was ready for in between.
