Savoy cabbage mixed together – quick, easy and delicious
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Brown the ham cubes in a large pot, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Remove the outer leaves and stalk from the savoy cabbage, cut into fine strips, clean it under running water and add it to the minced meat. Deglaze with meat stock and season with Maggi, salt and pepper. Simmer the whole thing over low heat for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour with a little water and add it to the savoy cabbage when it is tender and stir to combine. Finally, season with salt, pepper and Maggi and serve with the potatoes.
