Scallops with Spinach
The perfect scallops with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 piece Scallops
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 250 g Fresh spinach
- 5 piece Shallots
- 1 pinch Chervil
- 4 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 piece Carrots
- Fry the scallops that have been removed in peanut oil. Remove the mussels and add sugar to the pan to caramelize. Deglaze with orange juice and add the mussels again and fold in.
- Fry shallots in peanut oil, add spinach, season with salt and pepper. The peanut oil must not be too hot in either step.
- Cut the carrots into slices and fry them. Then arrange the mussels on the carrot slices.
