- 125 g scarlet runner beans, dried
- ½ onion(s)
- 50 ml oil (kernel oil)
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 35 minutes
With kernel oil, vegan
Soak the broad beans overnight. Then cook in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can use 300g of canned beans. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Place the broad beans, onion, seed oil, and salt in a bowl and puree.
