Ingredients
Cutlet:
- 1 Breaded fried pork schnitzel
- 1 Fried egg
- 30 g Butter
Fish:
- 1 Smoked mackerel
- 30 g Salmon Gravaved
Plate decoration:
- 1 sprig Fresh basil leaves
- 30 g Red pointed peppers
- 30 g Green zucchini, fried in slices
- 2 tbsp Cream of horseradish
Instructions
Preparation:
- Bread the schnitzel with flour, egg and breadcrumbs, a little pepper. Fry an egg in the pan as a fried egg. A flat plate, warmed up, is topped with the golden-brown schnitzel, on top with a fried egg, and the red pepper rings, basil, cream horseradish and zucchini slices are added as side dishes.
Suitable for this:
- Boiled potatoes or french fries duchesse or croquettes.
