Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato noodles
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • n. B. Spice mix (chop seasoning)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. marjoram
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 can/n mushrooms, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Fry the dumplings until golden brown on all sides. In the meantime, chop the onions, slice the leek into rings, and wash them. When the dumplings are done, remove them and briefly sauté the onions in the same pan with a little oil, then fry the ground beef until crumbly. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry. Then add the leek and fry. Season to taste. If you like, you can add one or two cans of whole mushrooms. Finally, add the cooked dumplings and heat through again.
