Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g seafood
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • 200 g Brussels sprouts
  • curry paste
  • oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Super quick and easy

First, wash and dry the seafood and fry it in a little oil in a wok. Remove the stem and outer leaves of the Brussels sprouts and fry the florets as well. Add the tomatoes and the curry paste dissolved in water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
