Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g turkey meat
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g rice
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or green, diced
  • 2 tbsp cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • ½ liter vegetable broth, strong
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Add the shredded turkey and sauté vigorously for 4 minutes. Stir in 3 tablespoons of water, the spices, and the finely chopped garlic. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the rice and diced bell peppers and pour in 1/2 liter of vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for another 30 minutes over low heat, stirring in the cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
