Sesame Chicken Ragout
The perfect sesame chicken ragout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 g Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey liquid
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Chilli from the mill
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds white
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (fan oven 200 degrees). Peel and finely chop the ginger, mix with soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ketchup, chilli and sesame seeds in a bowl. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into large pieces. Mix with the marinade, place in a casserole dish and cook in the hot oven on an oven rack in the lower third for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash and clean the spring onions and cut into 8 cm long pieces. Place 2 sheets of baking paper (35 + 35 cm) on the work surface. Place the spring onions in the center of a leaf, sprinkle with a little water and season with salt and pepper. Place a second leaf on top and fold it at the sides.
- Place the vegetable cheeks next to the baking dish in the oven and cook for another 7 minutes. Serve the baked chicken with spring onions. I had rice with it.
