Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, same size
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Sea salt
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)

Preheat oven to 220°C (fan oven 200°C). Option 1: Brush the baking sheet with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little salt. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on. Cut the potatoes in half and place the cut sides on the baking sheet. Option 2: Brush the baking sheet with sesame oil. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut the unpeeled potatoes in half and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the cut sides with sesame seeds and a little salt. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes).
