Sheep's milk yogurt dip with smoked garlic

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt (sheep’s milk yogurt)
  • 4 cloves garlic, smoked
  • ½ bunch of wild garlic, approx. 25 g
  • 1 tbsp, heaped dill tips, dried
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic cloves and wild garlic. You can also press the garlic, but I think that’s a waste. Then mix all the ingredients together. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then season with soy sauce to taste. This dip goes well with any smoked fish.
