Sheet Cake with Cream and Orange Pudding
The perfect sheet cake with cream and orange pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ground :
- 5 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 8 tbsp Warm water
- 200 g Flour
- 8 g Baking powder
Orange pudding:
- 500 ml Orange juice
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 60 g Sugar
Cream layer:
- 600 g Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
Decoration:
- 28 Ladyfingers
- Dark chocolate
- Orange juice
- 1st floor: Beat the eggs with sugar and water for 10 minutes until frothy. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Spread the dough on a greased tray. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 – 30 minutes. Take out and let cool
- Orange pudding: Mix the pudding powder with sugar and a little orange juice until smooth. Heat the remaining orange juice in a saucepan, stir in the mixed pudding powder, cook the pudding. Let it cool down a little then spread it on the floor.
- Cream: whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the cream stiffener until stiff. Spread on the orange pudding.
- Put some orange juice in a bowl, briefly dip the underside of the ladyfingers and place on the cream.
- Melt the chocolate and spread it over the ladyfingers.
