Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 sachet flavoring (lemon or orange zest)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 500 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- n. B. Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wonderfully crumbly!
Mix the ingredients in order with 2/3 of the flour and baking powder mixture to form a batter. Lightly knead in the remaining flour with your hands. Pass the dough through the cookie cutter attachment of the meat grinder and place it in rings or strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at medium heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown. I always use 175 degrees Celsius in my oven, but this can vary depending on your oven. If you like, you can dip the cooled cookies in chocolate coating.
