Side Dish: Risotto As We Like It …
The perfect side dish: risotto as we like it … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Sliced onion
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 1 Cup Risotto rice – Gallo an it. Variety –
- 1 Glass White wine
- – Grüner Veltliner Dechant –
- 2 cups Filtered vegetable broth *
- Parmesan
- 10 g Butter
- Possibly salt and pepper
- Peel and chop the onion, put oil in a saucepan, onions and rice – Gallo an Italian variety – pure and toss.
- Pour in the glass of white wine – Grüner Veltliner Dechant -, reduce the heat and let everything slowly simmer.
- While doing this, make the vegetable broth, * I take 2 tablespoons of my homemade powder – provisions: make vegetable broth yourself – briefly boil with water and pass the whole thing through a fine sieve. Then add the broth in sips …
- 4 …. simmer again and again and stir occasionally until the rice is cooked through.
- Now add the butter and the grated Parmesan – from the piece – and stir.
- I could do without salt because the vegetable broth is quite strong.
- As side dishes there was spinach and fried fish fillet – in the spirit of the fish week ;-))
- And now the plates out … let’s start the feast 😉
