Simon’s Birthday Cake

- 4 piece Eggs (M.
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 20 g Flour
- 20 g Cornstarch 1
- 1 packet Vanilla
- 1 packet Batter, muffins
- 3 piece Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 6 tablespoon Oil
- 200 g Yogurt
- 80 g Flour
- 80 g Green
- For the head and tail each a small loaf pan, dust with flour, mix butter with sugar, stir in egg yolks, separate eggs, beat egg whites into snow. Put on top of the butter mixture. Mix flour with cornstarch, pour over everything, pour the dough into the prepared tins and bake at 180 degrees hot air for 20-25 minutes.
- Make a batter for the muffins from the ingredients, fill the muffin molds 2/3 full and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After everything has cooled down, cut the tail out of one of the box cakes and shape the head out of the other, roughly halve one part upright, place the other part in front of it and glue with icing.
- Coat the head and tail, the muffins with green glaze or topping, assemble and decorate.
