Simple Cheesecake without Bottom
The perfect simple cheesecake without bottom recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Butter
- 300 g Sugar
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 100 g Semolina
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 kg Quark
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Homemade vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 2 Cans Mandarins
- Let the butter melt. Lukewarm.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and stir in the butter. Add semolina, quark, vanilla sugar and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth batter. If you like, you can also add a packet of vanilla pudding, I added tangerines.
- Grease a cake tin well and sprinkle with a little semolina, only that it is finely covered. Preheat the oven to 180 C top / bottom heat.
- Then you fill the dough into the mold, please smooth the surface nicely. That is not always my thing.
- Then bake the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes, depending on the oven, until it is golden brown.
- Because you let the cake cool down a bit in the oven, it won’t collapse as much.
- The cake is best after it has soaked through for a day.
- And when it’s warm outside, put it in the fridge, I tell you wonderful.
