Simple Ferrero Rocher Cake

Ingredients

  • 800 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 4 packet Cream stiffener
  • 8 tbsp Nutella
  • 32 piece Ferrero Rocher (2 packs)
  • Child bars
  • Ferrero Rocher

Instructions
 

  • Briefly whip the chilled cream in a large bowl and then whip together with the cream stiffener until stiff.
  • Crush the 32 Ferrero Rocher (room temperature) with a mixer and slowly fold into the whipped cream.
  • Coat the first cake base with half of the Nutella and then coat with a little Rocher cream.
  • Then coat the second cake base with the rest of the Nutella, place on the first base and also coat with Rocher cream.
  • Place the third cake base and coat the entire cake with the rest of the Rocher cream. Finally decorate the cake according to your own wishes. E.g. for children's birthday parties with chocolate bars, at Easter with little chocolate bunnies, or simply with icing and halved Ferrero's. Chill until ready to eat. Delicious
