Easy Ferrero Rocher Cake 🙂
The perfect easy ferrero rocher cake 🙂 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Viennese cake base, 3 pieces
- 4 a cup Whipped cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 4 tbsp Nutella
- 2 Packs Ferrero Rocher
- 1 smallpacket. Ferrero Rocher to decorate
- Chocolate shavings
- Put the 2 packs of Ferrero Rocher in a blender and chop up.
- Put the cream together with the cream stabilizer in a bowl and whip until stiff. Fold in the crushed Ferrero Rocher.
- Brush the first cake base with Nutella and put some of the Rocher cream on top.
- Place the 2nd cake base on top and brush again with a little Rocher cream.
- Place the last cake base on top and brush all over with the rest of the Rocher cream.
- To decorate, cut the Ferrero Rocher in half and place on the cake. Finally sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles.
- Chill until ready to eat.
- 8th tip! It also works with Raffaelo or Giotto 🙂
- if you use Raffaelo, replace the chocolate sprinkles with desiccated coconut.
