Simple Goulash

Simple goulash
- 500 g Ham goulash
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
- Sweet paprika powder to taste
- Hot-Pink paprika powder to taste
- 1 tbsp *Apfelessig
- 2 piece Bay leaves
- 500 ml *Geflügelfond
- 1 Mushrooms (jar)
- Parsley to taste
- Put a tablespoon of clarified butter in a saucepan, heat. Add the goulash and fry all over. Then remove and set aside. Peel shallots, cloves of garlic, chop. Put another tablespoon of clarified butter in the saucepan, heat it up.
- Add the chopped shallot and garlic cloves and cook until translucent. Then stir in the tomato paste and let it roast. Season to taste with both types of paprika and roast as well. Deglaze with apple cider vinegar, add the goulash that was set aside.
- Put in the bay leaves and fill up with the poultry stock. Then turn the lid down and cook for 90 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and gourmet pepper, season to taste. Stir in chopped parsley. Later transfer to a deep plate and serve with bread dumplings.
