Simple leek vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

goes well with fish with potatoes etc.

Trim the leek, cut into small rings, and wash thoroughly. Peel the onion and garlic and dice them finely. Sauté everything in a pan with oil until translucent. Add the vegetable stock, cover, and let the vegetables simmer for a while. Stir the sour cream with a little milk until smooth and add. Let it reduce slightly. Season gently with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Season again if desired.
