Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (fruit base)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 pack of drink powder (Quench, Raspberry)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour the sour cream into a bowl. Add the quench mixture and mix. Now add the cream stiffener to the whipped cream and beat until stiff, then fold it into the quench mixture. Pour everything onto the cake base and spread it out. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: I always use a fruit base.
