- 1 pack Dumpling dough
- 4 Sausages (leftovers)
- 4 tbsp Clarified butter

- Tomato ketchup to taste
- Salt, gourmet pepper, raw cane sugar to your taste

Potato noodles
- Remove the dumpling dough from the packaging and shape it into long, finger-thick rolls. Halve with a dough card and then shape into potato noodles. Take a large saucepan and fill it with water. Salt lightly and bring to a boil. Place the formed potato noodles one after the other in the boiling salted water and when they float up, remove them with a skimmer and place them in a sieve where they can drain.
Simple sausage pan
- Cut the remaining sausages into small slices. Take a pan and heat clarified butter (2 tbsp). Fry the potato noodles in portions until golden. Take out and place on a plate, set aside. Heat clarified butter (2 tbsp) again and fry the sausage slices in it.
- Then add the tomatoes, tomato ketchup and curry powder to taste. Season with salt, gourmet pepper and raw cane sugar. Stir and deglaze with a little water to make a nice sauce. Now add the potato noodles, stir for a few more minutes and cook.
- Take the deep plate, fill in the portion, sprinkle with a little fresh chopped parsley, serve.
