Simple Sausage Pan

The perfect simple sausage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Dumpling dough
  • 4 Sausages (leftovers)
  • 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Passed tomatoes to taste
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper, raw cane sugar to your taste
  • Curry powder to taste
  • Water to your taste

Potato noodles

  1. Remove the dumpling dough from the packaging and shape it into long, finger-thick rolls. Halve with a dough card and then shape into potato noodles. Take a large saucepan and fill it with water. Salt lightly and bring to a boil. Place the formed potato noodles one after the other in the boiling salted water and when they float up, remove them with a skimmer and place them in a sieve where they can drain.

  1. Cut the remaining sausages into small slices. Take a pan and heat clarified butter (2 tbsp). Fry the potato noodles in portions until golden. Take out and place on a plate, set aside. Heat clarified butter (2 tbsp) again and fry the sausage slices in it.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, tomato ketchup and curry powder to taste. Season with salt, gourmet pepper and raw cane sugar. Stir and deglaze with a little water to make a nice sauce. Now add the potato noodles, stir for a few more minutes and cook.
  3. Take the deep plate, fill in the portion, sprinkle with a little fresh chopped parsley, serve.
