Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sausages (pork sausages)
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 50 g onion(s)
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 dashes soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp water
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 roll of topping dough
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simply with bratwurst
Finely chop the onions, carrots, and garlic in a food processor. Peel the sausages and fry the meat in a frying pan, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetables, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer until almost no liquid remains. Season with soy sauce and let cool. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Spread the meat mixture on half of the puff pastry squares and cover with the remaining squares. Mix the egg yolk with water and brush the puff pastry with it. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
