Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg beef fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, granulated stock
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 jars of chanterelles
- 2 tbsp pepper, green grains
- 3 tsp cranberries
- Sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the shredded beef fillet in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and a little granulated stock. Deglaze with the cream; if the liquid seems too low, add a little more water. Add the chanterelle mushrooms. Stir in the slightly crushed peppercorns. Season again to taste. Stir in 3 teaspoons of cranberries, or more to taste. Bring everything to a boil briefly and thicken with a sauce thickener. Serve with spaetzle, rice, or croquettes.
