Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 700 g potatoes
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them using a cucumber slicer. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Press the potato slices into the pan. Do not wash them, or they will fall apart. Fry on high for about 5 minutes, then turn them over with the help of a plate, reduce the heat to medium, and fry for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. These potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, almost like a hash brown, but in slices.
