Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 250 g broccoli
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 300 ml sweet cream
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, quarter, deseed, and roughly dice. Trim the broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat all over. Remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm. Add the butter to the pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, then deglaze with the wine, cream, and vinegar. Reduce the sauce slightly. Add the tomatoes, broccoli, and meat and heat through. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with basil. Farfalle goes well with this dish.
