simple and delicious

Peel the onions, quarter them, and slice them into rings. Clean the bell peppers and slice them into strips. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small, short strips (Schnetzel). Peel and slice the bananas. Briefly fry the chicken strips in vegetable oil, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Sauté the onion rings, add the bell pepper strips, and fry for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how firm the pepper strips are. Add the vegetable stock and paprika powder and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken strips and banana. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until the bananas begin to melt. Garnish with fresh herbs to taste. Almost anything goes as a side dish. Tips: If rice is chosen as a side dish, 100 ml of broth is sufficient. I use homemade, largely unseasoned vegetable broth. This avoids the artificial taste of store-bought chemicals.
