Slightly spicy cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sautéed coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp, heaped dill
  • 2 tsp herbal vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) white pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine sour cream, vinegar, dill, coriander, and salt in a bowl. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Deseed and finely chop the chili pepper, and add it as well. Then mix everything well. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the cucumbers. Toss with the dressing. Season with pepper, if desired.
