Slim With The Blood Group Diet

The blood group is not the same blood group. Strictly speaking, there are four blood groups that, according to the American naturopath Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo at different points in time in the history of human development: blood group 0, when humans were still hunters and gatherers, blood group A when they had settled down and become farmers, and only much later blood groups B and AB.

dr For many years, Peter J. D’Adamo has examined the connections between blood group, lifestyle, and diet and developed a form of nutrition based on blood groups. This form of nutrition is one of the so-called “alternative nutrition groups” such as the well-known food combining or Ayurveda nutrition.

Blood group nutrition is a varied mixed diet that has some things in common with food combining and whole foods. The main focus is on the quality of the food and its importance for health. Meals are put together in a similar way to food combining. Sufficient salad and vegetables are recommended with fish or meat, which in turn is important for balancing the acid-base balance.

With blood group nutrition, there are no explicit do’s or don’ts, only recommendations. Depending on the blood group, the most digestible and the less digestible foods are recommended. Do you want to test the principle on your own body? In the galleries, you will find weight loss tips and an overview of neutral and wholesome foods for blood groups 0 and AB.
