Ingredients

  • 1 Yeast dough ready
  • 3 Apples
  • 2 Figs
  • 50 g Melted butter
  • 50 g Dried cranberries
  • 25 g Ground almonds
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Roll up the dough (see leaflet), peel the apples, remove the core and cut into fine cubes, as well as the figs. Mix with the cranberries and a tablespoon of honey.
  • Brush the dough with the butter and sprinkle with the almonds. Spread the fruit filling. Now roll up from the long side. Cut 3 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or sprinkle with icing. Of course you can also make the yeast dough yourself - but sometimes it has to be done quickly 🙂
