Small salad with bean sprouts and crab

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g soy sprouts, fresh
  • 1 pack of shrimp(s) (party shrimp), approx. 100 g
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow (or 1 small)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, preferably dark
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp, heaped fish sauce
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • Woköl
  • 2 tbsp, heaped chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Finely slice the onion and bell pepper. Heat a little oil in the wok, briefly fry the bean sprouts and onion strips, reduce the heat, and continue to simmer. Gradually add the soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and fish sauce. Simmer briefly so the sprouts remain crisp. Add the spices and season to taste. Finally, add the shrimp and sweet chili sauce and stir in; they should only absorb and absorb the flavor. Remove everything from the heat and let cool. Arrange the salad in a small bowl and stir in the sesame seeds.
