Small Skewers

The perfect small skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Turkey breast
  • 1 Few Turkey frankfurters
  • 1 Pc. Paprika
  • 1 small Onion
  • Salt, pepper and chilli from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the turkey meat into pieces. Make a marinade from the oil and the spices and let the cut pieces of meat soak in the marinade for about an hour
  2. Cut the frankfurters, onions and peppers into pieces. (Peel the onion, wash the bell pepper and remove the stalk)
  3. Now alternately stick meat, paprika, Frankfurter and onion on small skewers.
  4. Fry the skewers in a pan. You don’t need to take any more oil.
  5. Side dishes as desired: salad, potatoes or bread.
