Small Skewers
The perfect small skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 1 Few Turkey frankfurters
- 1 Pc. Paprika
- 1 small Onion
- Salt, pepper and chilli from the mill
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
PREPARATION:
- Cut the turkey meat into pieces. Make a marinade from the oil and the spices and let the cut pieces of meat soak in the marinade for about an hour
- Cut the frankfurters, onions and peppers into pieces. (Peel the onion, wash the bell pepper and remove the stalk)
- Now alternately stick meat, paprika, Frankfurter and onion on small skewers.
- Fry the skewers in a pan. You don’t need to take any more oil.
- Side dishes as desired: salad, potatoes or bread.
