Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Smoked fish
  • 40 g Fresh shallot
  • 120 g Apple peeled and cored
  • 120 g Peeled cucumber and possibly pitted
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 shot Lemon juice
  • Fresh dill

  • With us by the sea, smoked fish simply belongs on the table. Here is our variant of a spread or salad with Danish, Hungarian and Austrian influences. Ideal on the Christmas holidays, New Year's Eve or at the herring feast.

preparation

  • We recommend butterfish or Schillerlocke as fish.
  • Peel the fruit and vegetables and remove the seeds if necessary.
  • Cut the fish, vegetables and fruits into small pieces.
  • Mix with dill, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
