Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g kohlrabi
- 1 small onion(s), red, chopped
- 2 handfuls of basil, cut into strips
- 10 half tomatoes, dried, pickled in oil
- 1 small chili pepper(s), chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tbsp broth
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Low-carb, made from cooked kohlrabi
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Steam them in a steamer until al dente, drain, and let cool. Finely slice the tomatoes and add them to the kohlrabi along with the onions. For the dressing, mix everything well and toss with the kohlrabi. Let the salad stand for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the basil.
