Smoothie Bowl – Three Simple Recipes

Spread the love

The new trend: Smoothies are no longer drunk, but spooned. With our recipes, you can easily make your own fruity bowls. And a tasty and visually appealing topping should not be missing.

Recipe 1: Mango Smoothie Bowl

The first smoothie bowl recipe convinces with fruity and at the same time filling ingredients.

  1. Ingredients: As the name suggests, you need a mango for this smoothie bowl, if possible ripe. Also included are 150 grams of Greek yogurt, 80 milliliters of almond milk – but you can also use normal milk – and four tablespoons of oatmeal.
  2. Preparation: Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. The mango goes in the blender, except for a few pieces that you save for the topping. Add the yogurt and milk and blend everything until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
  3. Topping: For the topping, use the mango pieces you have put aside and also a few berries of your choice, such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Finally, sprinkle a handful of mixed nuts on top.

Recipe 2: Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

With our next Smoothie Bowl, it will be exotic pink.

  1. Ingredients: For the smoothie, you need two heaped tablespoons of low-fat quark, two handfuls of raspberries, a banana, and 80 milliliters of water.
  2. Preparation: Mix half a banana, half the raspberries, the quark, and the water in a blender into a creamy smoothie and pour it into a bowl.
  3. Topping: Decorate the healthy topping with the other half of the banana, the remaining raspberries, a few coconut chips, and two tablespoons each of flaxseed and granola. Add a tablespoon of honey.

Recipe 3: Blue Booster Smoothie Bowl

The third smoothie bowl recipe is fruity and delicious thanks to the many berries.

  1. Ingredients: The Blue Booster consists of half a banana, and 50 grams each of blackberries, black currants, and blueberries. Add 150 grams of natural yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. You can read about how healthy honey is here. The berries are best frozen.
  2. Preparation: All the ingredients go into the blender and are mixed nicely and creamy. Don’t be surprised if the Blue Booster isn’t actually blue, but rather a deep purple – this is normal.
  3. Topping: Half a passion fruit, a pair of kiwi slices, raspberries, and blueberries are suitable as a topping. In addition, sprinkle a teaspoon of coconut flakes, oat flakes, and chia seeds on top.
