- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 PC. Filo pastry mapepa
- 4 tbsp mafuta
- Munyu uye pepper

- Chenesa broccoli, cheka mudiki florets. Dzvora dzinde wocheka kuita anenge 1/2 cm cubes. Bvisa zvese ne 2 maspuni ebhota. Wedzera munyu uye pepper. Wedzera 350 ml mvura, uuye kumota, vhara kwemaminitsi mashanu. Ngaibike. Bvisa kubva pachitofu. Isai mukaka uye mbatatisi yakakanyiwa. Wedzera parmesan, nguva nemunyu, pepper uye ichangobva grated nutmeg.
- 3El butter. Vhura mapepa maviri efilo pastry, bhura 2 mapepa ebhota pamusoro. Paridzai broccoli puree pamapepa maviri efilo pastry, siyai 2cm yakafara muganhu pasina kumativi. Peta mumativi uye uumburuke kubva pasi. Fry mumafuta anopisa pamusoro pemhepo inopisa kwemaminitsi anenge 2-7 kusvika kune ndarama. Tomato chili dip inofamba zvakanaka nayo.
