- 600 g Makarotsi ane kabichi / akachekwa approx. 500 g
- 1 Kapu yakakura yemakaroti akachekwa
- 1 Piece Celery / kucheneswa approx. 200 g
- 1 Piece Leek / kucheneswa approx. 50 g
- 2 Hanyanisi approx. 150 g
- 2 Garlic mavhavha
- 1 Piece Ginger saizi yewalnut
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Mild curry powder
- 1,2 f liter Muto wemuriwo (6 mashupuni pakarepo)
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1 tsp shuga
- 0,5 tsp Mhiripiri yemavara
- 0,5 tsp Sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp Muto wehove
- 1 Nyeredzi anise
- 2 Bay mashizha
- 1 tbsp Inotapira soy muto
- Chives rolls yekushongedza
Instructions
- Kuparadzanisa karoti kubva kabichi. Peel / chenesa makarotsi ne peeler, geza uye cheka diagonally kuita zvidimbu. Chenesa uye geza karoti, zunza yakaoma uye cheka zvakanaka. Peel celery, tanga wacheka kuita zvimedu, wozoita mitsetse uye pakupedzisira kuita madhaimani madiki. Chenesa uye geza leek uye ucheke muzvindori. Gadzirai anyanisi, cheka nepakati, cheka mumakumbo uye uzviparadzanise muzvidimbu zvakasiyana. Peel uye dice garlic cloves uye ginger. Geza/chekerera mhiripiri, wogeza wochekeresa. Pisa bhotela (1 tsp) mupoto yakakura, fry the diced garlic cloves, diced ginger uye diced chili peppers nesimba. Wedzera miriwo (karoti zvimedu, celery lozenges, leek zvindori uye zvimedu zvehanyanisi), sasa nehupfu hwekari (1 tbsp) uye fry navo. Deglaze / dururira pamuti wemuriwo (1.2 litita / 6 mashupuni ipapo). Peta makarotsi akachekwa uye mwaka nemunyu (1 teaspoon), shuga (1 teaspoon), mhiripiri (½ teaspoon), sambal oelek (1/2 teaspoon) uye muto wehove (1 teaspoon). Wedzera nyeredzi anise (1 chidimbu) uye bay mashizha (2 zvidimbu) uye kuvhara uye kubika kweanenge. 25 maminitsi. Pakupedzisira, nguva ne sweet soy muto (1 tsp) uye shandisa muto unopisa, wakashongedzwa nemachives.
