Ingredients
- 100 g Coconut shavings
- 100 g Core mix
- 50 g Chia mbeu
- 50 g Yakasimbiswa
- 50 g Hombe spelled oatmeal leaf
- 50 g Maamondi akasvuurwa akazara
- 30 g Koconut oil
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 Sinamoni tsvimbo
- 2 tbsp Sinamoni yepasi
Instructions
- Isa kokonati shavings, kernel mix, chia mbeu, flax mbeu uye oatmeal mundiro. Cheka maarmond uye sanganisa zvakanaka ne 1 teaspoon sinamoni.
Preheat oven kusvika 160 degrees!
- Cheka vanilla pod uye bvisa pulp. Mafuta ekokonati anodziya ane vanilla pulp, vanilla pod, sinamoni tumiti uye 1 teaspoon yepasi sinamoni. Kwete kubika! Sakanidza musanganiswa wekokonati zvakanaka nemusanganiswa wemuesli uye ugoiparadzira pahomwe yakavharwa nepepa rekubheka.
- Bika muchoto kwemaminitsi angangoita gumi. Zvadaro shandura iyo ne spatula uye fambisa zvishoma! Zvadaro gadzira imwe 10-10 maminitsi. Kutonhorera pane bhaka rekubika!
- Kana uchiifarira inotapira, wedzera imwe agave manyuchi, uchi kana sirasi yemepu usati wabika! Usati wazadza, unogona kubvisa sinamoni uye vanilla pods! Ndakaiisa mugirazi uye yakatowedzera kunaka! 🙂
