- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- some water
- 100 g pudding (caramel pudding high protein)
- 15 g peanuts, roasted without fat, salted
- 20 g dark chocolate

Instructions

High protein, low carb
Stir the quark with a little water until smooth and sweeten to taste, e.g., with sweetener or erythritol. Stir the pudding until smooth and mix with the peanuts. Spread the mixture over the quark. Melt the chocolate, spread it on a sheet of baking paper, and briefly freeze to harden. Finally, place the chocolate on top of the pudding. Protein content: approx. 32 g. Approx. 371 kcal per serving.
