Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g butter
- 330 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 220 g pumpkin puree
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and pumpkin. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix with a hand mixer. Drop the mixture onto a baking sheet with two spoons and bake at 175°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
