Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Brussels sprouts in the vegetable stock until soft.
  • When the Brussels sprouts are nice and soft, puree with the magic wand, season with the spices and add the sour cream.
