Ingredients
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
Instructions
- Boil the Brussels sprouts in the vegetable stock until soft.
- When the Brussels sprouts are nice and soft, puree with the magic wand, season with the spices and add the sour cream.
