Soup: Potato Soup with Salmon
The perfect soup: potato soup with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Potatoes, I didn’t weigh them, there were 8 big ones
- 2 Carrots
- 0,25 tuber Celery
- 1 pole Leek
- Dill – depending on your taste
- 250 g Fresh salmon
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 2 a cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Cream of horseradish
- 1 tbsp Grated horseradish
- 0,5 Tl Wasabi
- 200 g Processed cheese
- Add vegetable stock, white wine, salt, pepper
- Peel the potatoes, clean and cook the vegetables and cook with the wine and vegetable broth.
- When everything is done, everything is pureed.
- Then season with the other ingredients and season to taste and then add the processed cheese
- Now add the finely chopped fresh salmon, it is only cooked through.
- Round off with plenty of dill and finally add the finely chopped smoked salmon and sour cream.
- Already done and enjoy your meal.
- If this soup is to be prepared in advance, I would add the salmon just before serving.
