Sour Cream Cake with Chocolate Base
The perfect sour cream cake with chocolate base recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For covering:
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 El Cocoa powder
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 100 ml Oil
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Can Tangerine preserve
- 250 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 300 g Sour cream
- 1 packet White cake topping
- Preheat the oven to 175 C., grease and flour the form. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Add oil and milk. Mix and stir in cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. Put the dough in the mold and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Put the sour cream in a mixing bowl and stir in the pudding spoon by spoon. Carefully fold in the mandarins. Bake the cake in 20-25 minutes and let it cool.
- If necessary, fill up the mandarin juice to 250 ml with water. Prepare the topping according to the instructions on the packet, spread it on the cake and leave to dry.
