Soy Seedlings with Eggs and Eggplant Sambal

Ingredients
 

For the eggplant sambal:

  • 2 Eggs size M
  • 4 Pc. Hot peppers, from the lower part
  • 1 Port. Exotically hot eggplant sambal

To garnish:

  • 1 Port. Sesame seeds white
  • 1 Port. Flowers and leaves

Instructions
 

  • Make the sambal fresh according to the recipe. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, quench, peel and cut in half lengthways. Steam the soy seedlings in steam for 2 minutes, quench and shake well dry in the sieve. Sprinkle on a fresh tea towel, read and remove the silver skins. Put the seedlings in a serving bowl and add the sambal and eggs. Garnish and serve as a side dish, starter or snack.
