Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 500 g Spätzle, fresh, from the refrigerated counter
- 200 ml cream
- e.g. parsley, chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- n. B. cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the onion and dice the ham. Heat the butter in a pan and briefly fry the onion and ham. Add the spaetzle and fry for about 5 minutes, or according to the package instructions. Stir constantly. Stir in the cream and parsley and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Then fold in the grated cheese and serve immediately.
